Found this lying round my studio

"colour the world" painting

old label..nice

"The Budget"

Budgets occur in most regions of the world, however because of their skittish nature they are seldom seen. They have long elongated bodies and spindly legs. If one sees a budget in the wild one would be forgiven for wondering how these rare creatures survive, but they do, and in old age have even been known to become rather portly.

those damn mosquitoes

I don't think I've ever posted this, and wanted you to see it.

Surreal

Some friends decided to launch a new sweetner brand and asked me to come up with the logo and packaging etc. Here is a mock up of the product (as i forgot to take photos when they printed it). There is a bit more detail which is not shown as it's on the underside.

A few works from the show.

Here are a few of my works for the show in Joburg which runs till the 10th of October. for all the pics, check out this facebook link

14 hope street

I'm not really a graffiti Kid, but Hope street needs some colour

14 hope street, invite

ok yes Gerrit, I should put something new on my blog, as that is what blogs are for...

sorry for my winter blog hibernation, (hence, the next few items may seem a bit last month,) but new stuff is coming >>> just you wait

Tuffy, For a clean conscience

So, this is my latest contribution to the world of advertising. I like it and so I hope you do too. It's rather dark, but that's great (if you can appreciate dark humor that is). Saatchi & Saatchi (cape town) came up with the concept and gave me the copy. I then did the illustration and the typography. Enjoy .

Indaba stall

Oh my goodness thank's to samjam, who was able to delve the subconscious mind of my camera's formatted CF card, I finally have images from my indaba stall. Yay. there's also an interview floating around the net, but that would be just too embarrasing to slap on my blog.

OK well, peer pressure. I think I sound like a clueless, but folks say you've just got to milk the publicity, hence i decided to slip in here my interview from the design indaba. shh...please don't tell anyone!!!
